随着农村改革的不断深化,农村党建工作面临许多新情况、新问题。对此,《讲话》明确提出要“以改革的精神研究和解决党的建设面临的重大理论和实践问题”。这为加强和改进农村基层党组织建设提供了思想武器。针对当前山区农村党员的思想状况,按照“七一”重要讲话精神,我认为山区农村党建工作必须着力于引导和教育广大党员牢固树立敢富、带头富的思想。
With the continuous deepening of rural reform, the party building in rural areas faces many new situations and new problems. In this regard, the “speech” explicitly proposed to “study and resolve major theoretical and practical issues facing party building in a spirit of reform.” This has provided an ideological weapon for strengthening and improving the building of rural grass-roots party organizations.
