新光敏剂PSD-007注射液含量测定方法的研究

本文采用紫外分光光度法测定新光敏剂 PSD-007注射液的含量,并对其测定条件进行了考察。测得其吸收系数(E~(1%)_(1cm)396±1nm)为2476(n=54,CV%=1.4)。本法专属性强,重现性好(变异系数为0.19%)。

In this paper, UV-spectrophotometry Determination of the new photosensitizer PSD-007 injection, and the determination of the conditions were investigated. The absorption coefficient (E ~ (1%) _ (1 cm) 396 ± 1 nm) was 2476 (n = 54, CV% = 1.4). The law is specific and reproducible (coefficient of variation is 0.19%).
