目的：新近发现的ｐ２７蛋白在细胞增殖和分化调控中起非常重要作用。本研究目的是探讨ｐ２７表达在软骨肉瘤中的意义。方法：用特异而敏感的免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法测定软骨肉瘤石蜡切片中ｐ２７表达。结果：ｐ２７在软骨肉瘤表达为７２２％（２６／３６），而在良性软骨肿瘤和正常软骨中基本不见表达。ｐ２７表达与软骨肉瘤组织病理学分级呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０８９５，Ｐ＜００５），组织学分级高分化差的软骨肉瘤，ｐ２７表达愈强。结论：ｐ２７蛋白在软骨肉瘤诊断中具有实用价值，且可作为软骨肉瘤诊断标记物和预后指标。
Objective: The newly discovered p27 protein plays a very important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the significance of p27 expression in chondrosarcoma. METHODS: Specific and sensitive immunohistochemical S-P method was used to determine p27 expression in paraffin sections of chondrosarcoma. Results: The expression of p27 in chondrosarcomas was 722% (26/36), but no expression was found in benign cartilage tumors and normal cartilage. The expression of p27 was positively correlated with the histopathological grade of chondrosarcoma (r=0895, P<005). The histological grade was poorly differentiated chondrosarcoma, and the expression of p27 was stronger. Conclusion: p27 protein has practical value in the diagnosis of chondrosarcoma, and it can be used as a diagnostic marker and prognostic indicator of chondrosarcoma.
