关于婴儿钩虫病驱出虫体的观察和测量,尚无文献记载。我们曾在治疗婴儿钩虫病过程中,收集了由5例病婴驱出的671条钩虫进行鉴定和测量,现结合病婴的血像和感染途径作简要报道如下: 所有驱出的钩虫,口囊内均有两对钩齿,鉴定为十二指肠钩口线虫。雌虫子宫内能见虫卵,雄虫有交合平和交合刺。671条钩虫中,雌虫434条,长5.5～14.0mm,平均9.73mm;宽为0.38～0.72mm,
