分析了邻近原子间相互作用对电子表面局域态的贡献，研究了次邻近原子间相互作用对表面局域态性质的影响，应用格林函数法，在一定近似下，求出了复杂作用下所形成的表面态的性质和特点．
The contribution of the interaction between adjacent atoms on the surface states of the electronic surface is analyzed. The effect of the interaction between the adjacent neighboring atoms on the local state properties of the surface is investigated. By using the Green’s function method, under the certain approximation, The nature and characteristics of the surface states formed.
