11月22～23日,由住房和城乡建设部住宅产业化促进中心主办,住房和城乡建设部住宅产业化促进中心保障性住房建设材料部品采购信息平台、《城市开发》杂志社承办的“2012中国房地产与住宅产业交流会暨第三届保障性住房建设材料部品采购信息交流大会”在北京亚奥国际酒店召开。会议期间举办的题为“以住宅产业化为路径,发展适老与低碳住宅”和题为“以经济与技术政策为激励,加快推进住宅产业化”的两个互动论坛将整个会议推向了高潮。互动论坛分别由中国建筑标准设计研究院执行总建筑师刘东卫、宁夏住房
