贫困大学生创业素质的高低决定了其创业的总体水平和创业成功的概率。此文在总结分析贫困大学生人格心理特征的基础上,通过问卷调查与访谈、文献查阅相结合的方法,构建贫困大学生创业素质评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法(AHP)和两两比较矩阵分析评价法,对贫困大学生创业素质进行综合分析与评价,以求为高校及其他研究者的理论研究和实践工作提供一点参考。
The level of entrepreneurial quality of poor college students determines the overall level of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success probability. Based on the analysis of the personality traits of impoverished undergraduates, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of impoverished undergraduates’ entrepreneurial qualities through the methods of questionnaire survey, interview and literature review. Analyzes AHP and comparison matrix Evaluation method, comprehensive analysis and evaluation of poor college students entrepreneurial quality in order to provide some reference for the theoretical research and practical work of universities and other researchers.
