结外淋巴瘤以胃肠道、咽淋巴环多见，脾原发性淋巴瘤约１％〔１〕，且易与肝硬化、伤寒、脾功能亢进等误诊。近年来随着诊治技术提高，脾淋巴瘤相继有报道。现将我科收治的４例脾淋巴瘤作一临床分析。１ 临床资料１．１ 临床表现 除例１外，均表现为腹胀、腹泻、脾大等症状
Extranodal lymphoma is more common in the gastrointestinal tract and pharyngeal lymphatic ring, and the spleen primary lymphoma is about 1% [1], and is misdiagnosed with liver cirrhosis, typhoid, and hypersplenism. In recent years, splenic lymphomas have been reported in succession with the improvement of diagnosis and treatment techniques. Now we treat 4 cases of splenic lymphoma treated in our department as a clinical analysis. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Clinical manifestations Except for Example 1, all showed symptoms of abdominal distention, diarrhea, splenomegaly, etc.
