患者,女,26岁。7年前因无月经来潮,就诊我院妇产科,体检发现先天性无阴道。直肠指检:盆腔稍偏右可触及一质地稍软的肿物下极,未进一步明确诊断即行“大腿皮片阴道成形术”。伤口愈合出院,婚后无不适。3年前因尿频、尿急6个月,无尿伴下腹部包块进行性增大6天,于1988年元月9日入院。检查:腹部外形膨隆,下腹触及囊性包块约如6月妊娠大小,外阴发育正常。直肠指诊:离肛门5～6cm处、直肠前方触及囊性肿物下极。B超提示:双肾区无显影,下腹至盆腔为囊性肿物。实验室检查:血尿素氮4.3mmol/L,肌酐990.1
Patient, female, 26 years old. 7 years ago because of no menstrual cramps, see our hospital obstetrics and gynecology, physical examination found no vaginal. Check: Abdominal bulge, lower abdomen and cystic mass, such as about the size of pregnancy in June, normal vulva development. Rectal examination: 5 ~ 6cm away from the anus, cystic tumor in front of the lower rectum touch. B-Tip: no renal area imaging, abdominal pelvic cystic mass. Laboratory tests: blood urea nitrogen 4.3mmol / L, creatinine 990.1
