目的分析快速检测在现场毒物性急救中的作用和意义,让检测在今后的突发事件中发挥更加重要的作用。方法用便携式仪器在现场调试后开始检测,通过仪器上的电化学传感器转化成电信号的强度来估算毒物浓度的方法。结果经过检测,现场硫化氢与一氧化碳浓度均超过暴露极限值。结论便携式仪器快速检测测出中毒物质,为急救提供技术支撑,为病人的治疗方案的制定与急救提供依据。
Objective To analyze the role and significance of rapid test in the field of emergency first aid and to make testing play an even more important role in future emergencies. Methods After the portable instrument was commissioned in the field, the method of detection was started and the concentration of the poison was estimated by converting the intensity of the electrical signal from the electrochemical sensor on the instrument. Results After testing, on-site hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide concentrations exceeded the exposure limit. Conclusion The rapid detection of portable instruments to detect toxic substances, to provide technical support for emergency treatment for the patient’s treatment plan and provide the basis for emergency.
