“大众创新万众创业”中人才的发展是关键,本文主要从河北省会石家庄“创客空间”的发展,分析了“创客空间”建设对人才流动、京津冀人才共享机制以及建设面向京津的劳动力输出与技能培训一体化职业教育发展新模式的影响和推动作用。
The development of talented people in Mass Innovation and Innovation is the key. This paper mainly analyzes the development of talents in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province and the creation of talents in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Mechanism and construction of Beijing-Tianjin labor force output and skills training integrated vocational education development and impact of the new model.
