攀钢第二期工程的四号高炉的焊接是技术上的一道难关,既要保证焊接质量,又要降低成本。如何解决这个问题呢? 现借鉴国外资料作一讨论。一、双层气体保护焊直流电焊机不利的因紊之一是焊接熔化的液态金属到处飞溅,有时可以高达占焊接填充金属量的10%,造成浪费。飞溅也浪费时间,影响质量,飞溅到喷气嘴上的液态金属对保护气体是一种干扰,会造成焊接气孔。但如果使用二氧化碳气体保护焊,又要经常清除喷嘴杂物,中断操作,影响焊接速度。

First, one of the unfavorable causes of the double-layer gas shielded welding direct current welding machine is the splashing of molten liquid metal, which can sometimes be as high as 10% of the amount of welding filler metal, resulting in waste. Splashing also wastes time and affects quality. The liquid metal splashed on the jet nozzle is a disturbance to the protective gas, which can cause the welding pores. However, if carbon dioxide gas shielded welding is used, the nozzle debris is often removed to interrupt the operation and affect the welding speed.
