自今年3月以来,全球股市止跌回升,股票市值明显回升,绝大多数股票指数的反弹幅度超过了30%,巴西和中国等股指反弹超过70%,美洲、亚太、欧洲分别增长了11.4%、9.8%和14%。股票成交量也明显放大,2009年4月全球成交量达到7万亿美元,比1月份增长20%。全球资本市场似乎大有触底反弹的迹象,然而面对深度结构调整的经济,投资者对资本市场能否持续上涨心存疑虑。
