中国人民银行各分行、营业管理部,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、计委、经委(经贸委)、中小企业局(办),财政部驻各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政监察专员办事处,劳动和社会保障厅(局)、各国有独资商业银行、股份制商业银行:为进一步落实《中国人民银行、财政部、国家经贸委、劳动和社会保障部关于印发(下岗失业人员小额担保贷款管理办法)》(银发[2002]394号,以下简称《办法》),推动下岗失业人员小额担保贷款工作的顺利进行,现根据《办法》实施过程中遇到的有关问题,补充通知如下:

According to the Measures for the Implementation of the Measures, The relevant issues, the supplementary notice is as follows:
