Discusses the causes of mechanical equipment failure and preventive measures; carries on the pros and cons analysis to the preventive maintenance and the after-repair that the enterprise carries out at present, proposes to carry on the mechanical maintenance with the best repair time, the assembly component repair method and the adjustment repair method. To reduce maintenance costs; requirements of construction machinery must be equipped with equipment diagnostic equipment.
