研究所工人队伍人数众多、梯队分明,关注工人队伍的梯队培养与建设,关注工人队伍的成长诉求,使各梯队都有明确的目标和成长的空间,并充分参与到研究所的建设和发展当中,能够为研究所生产水平提高带来很大的推动作用。本文就研究所工人队伍的人才梯队培养和建设提出了几点思考建议,对于企业也具有一定参考性。
The Institute has a large contingent of workers, clear echelon structures, attention to the echelon training and construction of the workforce, and attention to the growing demands of the workforce so that all echelon teams have clear goals and room for growth and are fully involved in the construction and development of the Institute , Which can greatly promote the production level of the institute. This article puts forward some suggestions on how to train and construct the talent echelon of the workers in the research institute, and also has certain reference to the enterprises.
