目的:观察呋喃西林粉浸泡联合汇涵术泰、创愈宁外用治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:对糖尿病足患者采用1∶6 000浓度的呋喃西林粉浸泡液,每日足部浸泡2次,每次30 min。浸泡后局部喷洒汇涵术泰,在外敷创愈宁。结果:糖尿病足患者治疗15 d~4个月,均完全治愈,无一例残肢或截肢。结论:呋喃西林粉浸泡联合汇涵术泰、创愈宁外用治疗糖尿病足疗效肯定,无不良反应。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of nitrofurazone powder soaking combined with co-han-tai and Chu-nam-ning external application in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods: Diabetic foot patients were treated with nitrofurazone powder 1: 6000 concentration soaked twice daily for 30 minutes. Soak after local spray Han Tai Tai, Yu-Ning in the topical application. Results: Diabetic foot patients treated 15 d ~ 4 months, were completely cured, no case of residual limb or amputation. CONCLUSION: Nitrofurazone powder soaks in combination with CTPT and Chuanyu topical is effective in treating diabetic foot with no adverse reactions.
