1989年11月7日至10日,四川省矿物岩石地球化学学会第三次会员代表大会暨学术年会在成都市双流县隆重召开。有168名代表参加会议,他们分别来自地矿、冶金、煤炭、石油、建材、核工业、水电、科研和大专院校等部门约78个单位。代表大会内容为:(1) 决定本会的工作方针与任务;(2) 审查第二届理事会的工作报告;(3) 修改本会章程,(4) 选举第三届理事会新的领导机构;以及(5)学术年会开展多学科、多层次的学术交流。大会民主选出了以赵泽三为理事长,包茨、刘益康、余光明、王晓君、田煦和古鸿仁等
From November 7 to November 1989, the Third Congress of Members of Mineral Geochemistry of Sichuan Province and the academic annual meeting were held in Shuangliu County, Chengdu City. There are 168 delegates attending the meeting, they are from the mining, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, building materials, nuclear industry, hydropower, research and tertiary institutions and other departments about 78 units. The Congress will: (1) determine the working guidelines and tasks of this Council; (2) review the work report of the second council; (3) modify the constitution of this council; (4) elect the new leaders of the third council Institutions; and (5) academic annual conference to carry out multi-disciplinary, multi-level academic exchanges. The conference democratically elected Zhao Ze-san as chairman, including Baoti, Liu Yikang, Yu Guangming, Wang Xiaojun, Tian Xu and Gu Hongren, etc.
