以中药炮制学发酵法为基础、结合现代生物工程技术而形成的新的发酵技术就是现代中药发酵技术。传统中药通过发酵手段之后可以起到多种功效:增强药效、降低药物解毒、产生新的活性成分、节约药用资源等等,这使得传统中药的发展具有非常广阔的前景。另外,与传统发酵工艺技术相比较,现代中药发酵技术有了长足的进步。本文对中药发酵的定义和历史、现代中药发酵技术、发酵对中药的作用和影响以及中药发酵的发展发现做了总结和概述,为进一步研究利用中药提供参考。
