企业人力资源管理中建立和完善激励机制是最为重要的内容,也是企业管理过程中必须的活动与环节。建立良好、规范的激励机制可以促使企业满足自身发展的需求,通过对员工满意度及工作效能的改善作用促进企业快速发展。在调动与提升企业员工工作热情和积极性的同时,为社会创造更多的财富和经济效益。激励理论是建立和完善激励机制的中枢神经,本文通过对企业员工管理中的激励理论进行阐述,对其实际应用进行探究。
