本研究采用自编问卷调查研究幼儿园教师的信息素养和教学能力的现状及其关系,结果表明:总体上,幼儿园教师具备一定的信息素养,教学能力亦不算低;幼儿园教师的信息素养与教学能力显著正相关,即信息素养越高,教学能力越强;教学能力越强,信息素养也越高。幼儿园教师信息素养的培养既有赖于职前教育,也有赖于职后提升。职前教育要注意将信息素养融入学前教育课程建设中;职后提升要注意促进信息技术与教学应用的整合,以不断强化幼儿园教师的信息化教学能力。
In this study, self-compiled questionnaires were used to study the status quo and relationship of kindergarten teachers ’information literacy and teaching ability. The results show that: overall, kindergarten teachers have certain information literacy and teaching ability is not too low; kindergarten teachers’ information literacy and teaching The ability is significantly and positively correlated, that is, the higher the information literacy is, the stronger the teaching ability is. The stronger the teaching ability is, the higher the information literacy is. Kindergarten teacher information literacy training depends on both pre-service education, but also depends on post-service promotion. Pre-service education should pay attention to the information literacy into the pre-school curriculum; post-service promotion should pay attention to promoting the integration of information technology and teaching applications in order to continuously strengthen the ability of kindergarten teachers in information technology.
