1987以来,我们共发现貌似急性脑血管病的老年及老年前期者瘤性卒中9例,现分析讨论如下。临床资料:男5例,女4例。年龄50～62岁。住院人次:1例先后住院3次,共住院11人次。发病至入院时间:24小时内6人次,1周内3人次,2周内1人次,3个月内1人次。首发症状均酷似急性略血管病。初诊缺血性脑血管病9人次,其中貌似一过性脑缺血发作(TIA)4人次,表现为颈内动脉系统症状3
Since 1987, we found a total of 9 cases of malignant stroke in the elderly and elderly pre-senile patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. The analysis is as follows.
