目的 观察黄芪注射液对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 结扎冠状动脉前降支 60分钟后再灌注 60分钟 ,造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,动态观察黄芪注射液对ECG及心功能的影响。结果 与对照组比较 ,黄芪组家兔心肌缺血再灌注后 ,ECG胸前导联上抬ΣST明显降低 (P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1) ,左室内压力变化最大速率 (±dp/dtmax)、左室内压为 40mmHg时的压力微分 (dp/dt DP4 0 )和左室压力峰值 (LVSP)显著升高 ,左室舒张末期压 (LVEDP)和等容舒张期压力下降时间常数 (T)值明显降低 ,左室射血时间 (ET)明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5、<0 .0 1)。结论 黄芪注射液能显著缩小心肌缺血范围 ,改善左室舒张收缩功能 ,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有良好的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Huangqi Injection on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated for 60 minutes and then reperfusion for 60 minutes. The model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was established. The effects of Huangqi injection on ECG and cardiac function were dynamically observed. RESULTS Compared with the control group, after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in rabbits in the Astragalus membranaceus group, the ECG ST was significantly reduced (P < 0.05, 0.01), and the maximum rate of left intraventricular pressure change was (±dp). (dtmax), pressure differential (dp/dt DP40) and left ventricular pressure peak (LVSP) at left intraventricular pressure of 40 mmHg were significantly increased, left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and isovolumic diastolic pressure drop time constant ( T value significantly decreased, left ventricular ejection time (ET) was significantly shorter (P <0. 05, <0. 0 1). Conclusion Astragalus injection can significantly reduce the range of myocardial ischemia, improve left ventricular diastolic function, and has a good protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
