利用扩展的二维FD-TD方法研究了包含铁氧体介质的均匀微带线的色散特性.给出了铁氧体介质的厚度,微带线导带宽度以及铁氧体的外加恒磁场对其传输特性的影响.并对这类传输线在禁带附近模式容易传播的模式进行了讨论.
The dispersion characteristics of uniform microstrip lines containing ferrite are investigated by means of an extended two-dimensional FD-TD method.The thickness of the ferrite medium, the conduction band of microstrip line and the applied constant magnetic field of ferrite The transmission characteristics of the transmission line, and the transmission modes of these transmission lines near the forbidden band are discussed.
