在6名成年健康受试者中,对SMZ及加服Vc后体内药动学和尿中pH进行了比较,结果表明:除Tm有显著性差异外(p<0.05),其它药动学参数及32h尿排泄总量、乙酰化率均无显著性差异(p>0.05):尿中pH值具有生物节律性,昼高夜低,不管是否加强Vc,9h前的尿标本均趋于升高,升高的幅度有显著性差异(p<0.05),如将两组24h内或全部标本进行比较则无显著性差异(p>0.05)。
The pharmacokinetics and urinary pH of SMZ and Vc were compared in six adult healthy subjects. The results showed that: except for Tm, there were significant differences (p <0.05); other pharmacokinetic parameters (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in acetylation rate between the two groups (p> 0.05). The urinary pH value was biorhythm and the daytime night was low. Urine samples tended to be elevated before 9h (P <0.05). There was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the two groups within 24h or all the samples.
