在企业进行招聘时,学历、各种职业资格证书等硬指标是其招募人员的必要条件,但更注重的是应聘者的创新能力、沟通本领、团队意识等综合能力。基于此本文从职业能力概述、中职语文教学中渗透职业教育的策略两方面出发,希望给相关研究人员提供参考。
In business recruitment, academic qualifications, a variety of vocational qualifications and other hard indicators is the recruitment of personnel necessary conditions, but more emphasis is the candidate’s innovative ability, communication skills, team awareness and other comprehensive ability. Based on this, this dissertation starts from two aspects: the overview of vocational ability and the strategy of penetrating vocational education in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools. It is hoped to provide references for relevant researchers.
