现在我国社会普遍存在“就业难”的问题,但是实际上“技工荒”也是企业现在的困境。职业教育要面对这种人才供需不平衡的局面做出调整,这需要行业企业与职业教育相融合。然而,由于种种原因,行业企业参与到职业教育中的深度不足,积极性不够,基于此,分析校方与行业企业合作的现状,指出如何让行业企业对职业教育产生兴趣,并提出优化合作机制的建议。
At present, there is a widespread problem in our country of “employment difficulties”, but in fact the “shortage of mechanics” is also the current predicament of enterprises. Vocational education to face such an imbalance between supply and demand of personnel to make adjustments, which requires the integration of industrial enterprises and vocational education. However, due to various reasons, the lack of enthusiasm for industrial enterprises to participate in vocational education is not enough. Based on this analysis, the status quo of the cooperation between the school and industry enterprises is pointed out, and some suggestions on how to make industrial enterprises interested in vocational education and suggestions on optimizing cooperation mechanisms .
