当我们基本上完成了1982年的任务,即将开始1983年的编辑工作时,不禁以万分激动的心情,回顾既往,瞻望未来。我们度过了极不平凡的1982年。这一年,党召开了十二大,在各条战线的实际工作中取得了拨乱反正的重大胜利的基础上,确定了继续前进的正确道路、战略步骤和方针政策。这一年,五届人大五次会议通过了治国安邦的根本大法,中华人民共和国第四部宪法庄严诞生。同时,通过了第六个五年计划。通过学习,我们前进的方向更明,信心更坚,决心更大。回顾1982年的历程,我们明确了今年本刊的基本任务就是要贯彻经济振兴必须依靠科学
