基层执行力决定了企业的发展速度,一线员工的工作效率决定了一个企业的兴衰成败。在劳动力密集的客车行业,基层执行力更是客车企业决胜市场的重要资本和保障。通过调查我们发现,目前大部分客车企业在基层管理上存在诸多问题,往往企业宏观层面的战略战术非常清晰,但到达基层以后,执行就变得非常艰难,最终造成这样一种结果:高层的工作指令在实现之后已面目全非,成了一种“橘生淮北则为枳”的现象。长期以来基数庞大的基层管理成了客车企业的管理隐痛。如何加强基层管理,如何提升团队执行力?通过对众多客车企业的抽样调查,本文给客车企业列出如下7条建议。
