近几年来,新的超声技术的发展,已能显示排卵前的卵泡。另外,通过超声测量发现了外周血浆雌二醇(E_2)浓度或其尿中代谢产物与卵泡大小之间的良好的相关关系。本文的目的是阐述自然怀孕周期的卵泡生长形态和确定卵泡破裂与黄体生成素(LH)蜂之间的间隔时间。25例正常经产妇女,年龄21~30岁,月经周期规则(25~35天),为了妊娠自愿停止使用宫内避孕器要求加入本研究。11例在整个月经周期中每天取血标本15ml 和清晨尿(EMU)标本,余14例每天仅提供 EMU。血标本离心后置-20℃储存,将EMU一起进行回顾性激素分析。
In recent years, the development of new ultrasound technology has been able to show ovulation follicles.
