ITT’s Gilfillan division has signed a $ 11.6 million contract with the U.S. Air Force’s Electronic Systems Division to produce two anti-radiation missile (ARM) decoys within 18 months. The ARM bait is a tiny radar transmitter that protects the deployed radar.
