目的 :观察心血管疾病中超敏C -反应蛋白 (Hs -CRP)与血脂的关系。方法 :测定了 14 8例健康人群及4 4例急性心肌梗死 (AMI)、4 2例不稳定性心绞痛 (UAP)、2 1例稳定性心绞痛 (SCHD)患者的超敏C -反应蛋白 (Hs-CRP)和血脂 (TG、TCHO、HDL -C、LDL -C)水平。结果 :得出Hs -CRP浓度在AMI组升高最多 ,UAP组次之 ;Hs-CRP与TG呈正相关关系 ,与HDL -C呈负相关关系。结论 :表明Hs -CRP可辅助心血管疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断 ,与TG及HDL -C联合动态观察 ,可预测心血管疾病的发展及判断疾病的预后。
Objective: To observe the relationship between Hs-CRP and blood lipid in cardiovascular diseases. Methods: Hs-CRP levels were measured in 14 8 healthy people and 44 acute myocardial infarctions (AMI), 42 unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 21 stable angina pectoris (SCHD) patients. -CRP) and blood lipids (TG, TCHO, HDL-C, LDL-C). Results: The concentration of Hs-CRP was the highest in AMI group, followed by UAP group. Hs-CRP was positively correlated with TG and negatively correlated with HDL-C. Conclusion: Hs-CRP can be used to diagnose and differentiate cardiovascular diseases. Combined with TG and HDL-C, dynamic observation can predict the development of cardiovascular disease and prognosis of the disease.
