为探究棉花制种田棉株留种的最佳部位,选取‘100651’、‘ND012’、‘新陆早45号’3个品种(系)进行田间制种,通过测定棉种的子指、衣分、电导率、吸水率、酶活性及产量等指标,对各品种(系)棉株上部、中部和下部3个部位的种子质量进行比较。室内试验结果显示,棉株中下部种子子指大、发芽情况优、酶活性高,而田间种植情况也显示中下部种子的出苗率、产量、衣分以及单铃质量的水平均较高。综合比较各方面因素,研究认为棉株中下部种子质量好,适于留做种用。
In order to explore the best site for cotton seedling in cotton farming, three varieties (lines) of ’100651’, ’ND012’ and ’Xinluzao 45’ were selected for field seed production. The results showed that the seed quality of three varieties of upper and middle parts and lower part of cotton plants of each variety (line) was compared with the indexes of water content, water absorption, enzyme activity and yield. The results of laboratory tests showed that the middle and lower seeds of cotton plants had big germination, excellent germination and high enzyme activity. The field planting also showed that the seed germination rate, yield, lint percentage and single bell quality of middle and lower seeds were higher. Comprehensive comparison of various factors, the study shows that the middle and lower cotton seed quality is good, suitable for use as reserved.
