目的研究超声提取灵芝中三萜类成分的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验设计,用分光光度法测定灵芝中三萜类成分的含量。结果最佳提取工艺为加40倍量甲醇,超声提取3次,每次30 min。结论优选得到的提取工艺稳定、可行、提取率高,可用于灵芝中三萜类成分的提取。
Objective To study the optimum conditions for the extraction of triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum by ultrasonic. Methods Orthogonal design was used to determine the content of triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum by spectrophotometry. Results The best extraction process was adding 40 times the amount of methanol, ultrasonic extraction three times, each time 30 min. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable, feasible and high extraction rate, which can be used for the extraction of triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum.
