近年来,我国南方播种豆科牧草面积不断扩大。各省、区对豆科牧草根瘤菌剂的需要量迅速增加。1983年以来,农牧渔业部畜牧局以广西兽医生物药品厂为我国南方豆科牧草根瘤菌剂定点生产厂,生产适于南方豆科牧草接种用的各种根瘤菌剂。4年来,采用液体深层培养——草炭吸附工艺,生产红三叶草、白三叶草、柱花草、银合欢、大翼豆、百脉根、大结豆、链荚豆和山蚂蝗等9种豆科牧草根瘤菌剂100吨。供南方12个省区播种豆科牧草时使用。接种面积达200万亩以上。增产效果显著。
