“司令放下枪,退休回家乡,春帮种花木,秋垛米粮仓,带领穷乡亲,致富奔小康。”这是群众给李守发编的一段顺口溜。李守发,吉林省长春军分区原副司令员,1998年9月退休后,和老伴回到老家——辽宁省开原市马家寨乡杏花村,帮助乡亲致富奔小康,使群众人均收入由800元左右增加到3200多元。
