目的:比较翼首草不同药用部位齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Boston Sym-metrix(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1 moL.L-1乙酸铵溶液(85∶15),流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸的线性范围分别为1.728~25.92μg(r=0.999 95)、2.188~32.82μg(r=0.999 95),齐墩果酸的平均回收率为99.90%,RSD为2.12%,熊果酸的平均回收率为99.90%,RSD为1.66%。通过比较不同产地和批次翼首草样品的测定结果,可知翼首草不同药用部位齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量有着较大差别,其中全草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量远远高于根。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,试验结果为翼首草不同药用部位的临床应用提供了依据。
Objective: To compare the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in different medicinal parts Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 1.728 ~ 25.92μg (r = 0.999 95), 2.188 ~ 32.82μg (r = 0.99995), and the average recoveries of oleanolic acid were 99.90% Was 2.12%. The average recovery of ursolic acid was 99.90% with a RSD of 1.66%. By comparing the determination results of the samples of Plectranthus ponderosa from different areas and lots, the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in different medicinal parts of Plectranthus pustulata has a great difference, among them, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid Content is much higher than the root.
