目的研究分析本院洁净手术室(以下简称手术室)空气质量检测情况。方法选用10个手术室做空气对比,选择自然沉降法,于各时间段检测室内空气质量差异。结果术中细菌数含量显著增高,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后以及清洁卫生后的细菌数升至最高,而自净后含量又显著下降且大部分可达标。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可适当采用手术室检测动态标准,并于术中控制好人员数量,并减少不必要走动,对于手术室中空气洁净程度管理具有积极效果。值得推荐。
Objective To analyze and analyze the air quality of the clean operation room (hereinafter referred to as operating room) in our hospital. Methods Ten operating rooms were selected for air contrast and natural sedimentation method was chosen to detect the difference of indoor air quality in each time period. Results The number of bacteria in operation was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.05). After surgery and the number of bacteria after cleaning up to the highest, but after the net content dropped significantly and most of the standard. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The dynamic standard of operating room examination may be adopted appropriately, and the number of operatives should be controlled well during operation to reduce unnecessary ambulation, which has a positive effect on the management of air cleanliness in the operating room.
