利用固体电解质电池测定了氟硫化铈(CeSF)的生成自由焓,从而解决了氟化稀土的脱硫机理。依据此热力学数据及有关数据,建立了石墨形态控制图,详细地讨论了硫、氧对石墨形态的影响,并指出氧也是影响石墨形态的主要杂质。讨论了稀土金属、稀土氧化物及稀土氟化物做为变质剂的作用机理。指出稀土做为变质剂优于钙和镁。此外,稀土氧化物和稀土氟化物渣也是良好的变质剂。
The free enthalpy of formation of cerium fluoride cerium (CeSF) was measured by solid electrolyte cell, which solved the desulfurization mechanism of rare earth fluoride. Based on the thermodynamic data and related data, the graphite morphology control chart was established. The effects of sulfur and oxygen on the morphology of graphite were discussed in detail. It was also pointed out that oxygen was also the main impurity that affected the morphology of graphite. The mechanism of action of rare earth metals, rare earth oxides and rare earth fluorides as modifiers is discussed. Pointed out that rare earth as a modifier better than calcium and magnesium. In addition, rare earth oxides and rare earth fluoride slag is also a good modifier.
