目的了解时间RR间期散点图(t-RR散点图)与Lorenz-RR散点图各自的特征及其内在联系。方法利用《几何画板》的动态作图功能与轨迹跟踪功能,制作频发房性早搏与频发室性早搏的心电散点图模型,结合实际记录的心电散点图,分析两类散点图的特征及其内在联系。结果心电散点图的数学模型与实际记录的心电散点图基本重叠。结论 t-RR散点图是沿时间轴展开的Lorenz图,而Lorenz图是按序折叠的t-RR散点图,二者相互补充,相互印证。t-RR散点图与Lorenz-RR散点图共同表达了动态心电图的时间信息与节律信息,两者相互印证能快速分析动态心电图。
Objective To understand the characteristics and their relations of the scatter plots of RR interval (t-RR scatter plot) and Lorenz-RR scatter plot. Methods The dynamic drawing function and trajectory tracking function of Geometrical Sketchpad were used to make the ECG scattergram model of frequent atrial premature beats and frequent premature ventricular contractions. Combined with the actual ECG scattergram, The Characteristics of Point Graphs and Their Internal Relations. Results The mathematical model of ECG scatter plot is basically overlapped with the actually recorded ECG scattergram. Conclusion The t-RR scattergram is a Lorenz plot expanded along the time axis, while the Lorenz plot is a t-RR scatter plot folded sequentially, both of which complement each other and confirm each other. The t-RR scattergram together with the Lorenz-RR scattergram express the time and rhythm information of the Holter, both of which corroborate the rapid analysis of the Holter.
