目的:对新疆胀果甘草中的多糖进行提取,并研究胀果甘草粗多糖体外清除自由基的活性。方法:建立热水提取、乙醇沉淀、Sevag法除蛋白的方法提取胀果甘草多糖,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,间羟基联苯法测定多糖中糖醛酸含量,运用化学发光体系产生自由基模型研究不同质量浓度胀果甘草多糖对DPPH.自由基、羟自由基及超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。结果:胀果甘草水提粗多糖产率为2.28%,多糖含量为52.66%,糖醛酸含量为49.56%;粗多糖对DPPH.自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基具有一定的清除作用。结论:胀果甘草多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性。
OBJECTIVE: To extract polysaccharides from Glycyrrhiza inflata, and to study the activity of free radical scavenging in vitro. Methods: The extraction of polysaccharides from Expanded Glycyrrhiza was extracted by hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation and Sevag method. The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The content of uronic acid in polysaccharides was determined by the method of m-hydroxybiphenyl. The chemiluminescence system was used to generate free Radical scavenging activity of DPPH free radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical of Glycyrrhiza glabra with different mass concentration. Results: The crude polysaccharide yield of Glycyrrhiza inflata was 2.28%, the content of polysaccharide was 52.66% and the content of uronic acid was 49.56%. The crude polysaccharide had certain scavenging effects on DPPH · free radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical effect. Conclusion: Expanded Glycyrrhiza polysaccharides have certain antioxidant activity.
