利用高效液相色谱法对小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的含量进行测定。根据《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,分析测定过程中影响不确定度的各种因素,建立结果不确定度评定的数学模型,并探讨其测定结果的不确定度。实验的不确定度为0.15 mg/kg,最终结果的不确定度主要由仪器数据处理引入的不确定度和样品前处理过程中产生的不确定度所引起的,应当值得重视。
The content of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. According to “Guidelines for the Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis”, various factors influencing the uncertainty in the determination process are analyzed. A mathematical model for evaluating the uncertainty of results is established and the uncertainty of the determination results is discussed. The uncertainty of the experiment is 0.15 mg / kg. The uncertainty of the final result is mainly caused by the uncertainty introduced by instrumental data processing and the uncertainty caused by sample preparation.
