后发优势是后发国家和地区在经济发展及现代化过程中所具备的特殊优势。后发优势与其在经济上的落后性共生,是一种潜在的优势,要把潜在的优势转化为现实优势必须具备一定的条件。青海省存在着阻碍其发挥后发优势的多重因素,分析青海省发挥后发优势的障碍,并探索其解决路径,有利于促进青海省后发优势的实现,进而实现青海省的跨越式发展。
The backward advantage is the special advantage afforded by late-developing countries and regions in the process of economic development and modernization. The later advantage and its economic backwardness are symbiotic, which is a potential advantage. To transform the potential advantage into a realistic advantage, certain conditions must be met. There are many factors hindering the development of Qinghai’s advantage of backwardness in Qinghai Province. Analyzing the obstacles of Qinghai Province to play a backward advantage and exploring the ways to solve the problem, Qinghai Province is conducive to promoting the realization of the advantages of backwardness in Qinghai Province and realizing the leapfrog development of Qinghai Province.
