Ningxia is a minority area, and the Hui population accounts for 32% of the total population of the region. In addition, there are 29 scattered ethnic minorities such as Manchuria, Mongolia, Zhuang, North Korea, and Dongxiang. The issue of ethnic relations is a major issue that determines whether the construction of Ningxia can develop smoothly. Therefore, we must persistently educate all ethnic groups and cadres on the Marxist national theory and the party’s ethnic policy.
