针对电力有源滤波器(active power filter,APF)中IGBT容易损坏的特点,提出一种低成本的基于硬件电路的开路故障诊断与容错控制方案。开路故障诊断与容错控制硬件电路快速诊断并识别故障源,产生容错控制信号,控制继电器并驱动交流接触器切除故障相,将原故障相输出端切换到直流侧电容中点,将APF改变成容错型三相四开关拓扑结构,同时控制器控制算法切换到相应故障相的三相四开关电压空间矢量算法。推导各种开路故障时容错型三相四开关空间矢量的特点,为控制器切换控制算法提供依据。实验结果表明,该硬件开路故障诊断与容错控制方案具有一定的工程参考价值。
Aiming at the characteristics of easily damaging IGBT in active power filter (APF), a low-cost open circuit fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control scheme based on hardware circuit is proposed. Open circuit fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control Hardware circuit quickly diagnose and identify the source of the fault, generate fault-tolerant control signals, control the relay and drive the AC contactor to cut off the fault phase, switch the original fault phase output to mid-point of the DC side capacitor, change the APF into fault tolerance Type three-phase four-switch topology, while the controller control algorithm switched to the corresponding fault phase three-phase four-switch voltage space vector algorithm. Derive the characteristics of fault-tolerant three-phase four-switch space vector when a variety of open-circuit faults, and provide basis for controller switching control algorithm. The experimental results show that the hardware open-circuit fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control scheme has some engineering reference value.
