目的探讨念珠菌性阴道炎患者阴道分泌物中Th1和Th2细胞因子水平及意义。方法选择2014年1~9月在该院就诊的79例念珠菌性阴道炎患者作为病例组,其中初发组36例,复发组43例,同时选择40例健康体检女性作为对照组,Elisa法检测阴道分泌物中白介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)等Th1细胞因子和白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-10)等Th2细胞因子水平,并计算Th1/Th2比值。结果初发组和复发组患者IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10水平均高于对照组,而IL-2/IL-4、IL-2/IL-10、IFN-γ/IL-4和IFN-γ/IL-10比值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发组患者上述细胞因子水平均高于初发组,而上述Th1/Th2细胞因子比值则低于初发组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论念珠菌性阴道炎患者局部Th2细胞因子水平异常增高,Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡发生紊乱,并且复发患者表现更为明显。
Objective To investigate the levels and significance of Th1 and Th2 cytokines in vaginal secretions of patients with Candida vaginitis. Methods A total of 79 Candida vaginitis patients from January to September 2014 in our hospital were selected as the case group, including 36 cases of primary and 43 cases of recurrence, and 40 healthy women as controls. The levels of these cytokines in the relapse group were higher than those in the initial group. Conclusion In patients with Candida vaginitis, Th2 cytokines levels are abnormally elevated, Th1 / Th2 cytokine balance is disturbed, and the recurrence is more obvious.
