区雪儿,《明明》的导演,也是王菲、黄耀明等的MV御用导演。尽管她不断强调“不算御用”,只是合作得太熟。有着这样的经历,进军主流大银幕,区雪儿坦言是来向大家学习的。她坦承自己一直想拍电影,因为电影让她感觉最贴近生活和文化。1992年从纽约修读电影回到香港后,只能通过拍MV来进入工业社会,于是她借此打磨自己的摄影和剪辑技术,看见国外做特技效果出色,就疯狂地学习技术,去拍广告。如今终于等到了自己的第一部商业电影,但她并没刻意划清MV、广告和故事片的区别,只是提醒自己要用比较实验的方法来讲故事。

Now finally waiting for her first commercial movie, but she did not deliberately draw MV, advertising and the difference between the feature film, just remind myself to use more experimental methods to tell the story.
