试验在垂穗披碱草散粉期收集花粉进行UV-B辐射增强处理及人工授粉。结果表明:随着UV-B辐射剂量的增加,垂穗披碱草花粉的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性都呈明显下降的趋势,而丙二醛含量则呈相应上升的趋势;垂穗披碱草每穗粒数与花粉抗氧化酶活性成正相关,与丙二醛含量成负相关。
The experiment was conducted to collect the pollen of Elymus nutanspeens during UV-B radiation enhancement and artificial pollination. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase in Elymus nutans pollen decreased with the increase of UV-B radiation dose, while the content of malondialdehyde Correspondingly increased. The number of grains per spike of Elymus natans had a positive correlation with the activity of antioxidant enzymes of pollen and a negative correlation with the content of malondialdehyde.
