目的探讨子宫补丁缝合术在剖宫产术中大出血时的应用价值。方法回顾分析8例患者在剖宫产术中发生大出血时,给予补丁缝合术后的止血效果、术后身体恢复情况。结果 8例患者剖宫产术中发生大出血时给予子宫补丁缝合术,止血得到控制,均保留子宫,术后恢复好。结论子宫补丁缝合术在剖宫产术中发生大出血时应用简单、安全、有效,特别适合于前置胎盘,胎盘粘连等因素引起的出血病例。
Objective To investigate the value of uterine patch suture in the case of massive bleeding during cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 patients in the cesarean section in the occurrence of major bleeding, given the effect of hemostasis after patch suture, body recovery after surgery. Results Eight patients were given uterine patch sutures in case of major bleeding during cesarean section. The hemostasis was controlled and the uterus was retained. The postoperative recovery was good. Conclusion Uterine patch suture in cesarean section occurred bleeding in the application of simple, safe and effective, especially for placenta previa, placental adhesion and other factors caused by bleeding.
