高等院校在本、专科生考试方面存在的考教不分的出题方式,产生了试题内容涵盖量不足、题型数量单一、试题内容的相似性、重复率高以及组卷的随意性大等弊端。这些弊端严重影响了考试的效果和水平,同时也浪费了大量的人力和财力。为解决上述问题,我们经过多年的酝酿和策划,于1998年10月研制成功了一套试题库系统——《行政与秘书管理专业系
